About Me
If you’re the kind of person who’s ready to take a brave step toward your mental health, we’re going to get along just fine! I have a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. Sessions with me feel less like lying on a couch and more like an intentional, focused conversation where your story is seen, your experiences honored, and your growth supported. I’ll listen deeply, reflect thoughtfully, and challenge you when it’s helpful. All within a space that’s safe, compassionate, and completely judgment-free.
My Journey Into Therapy
My path into therapy comes from a deep belief in the power of human connection and healing. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve seen how our surroundings; the towering evergreens, misty mornings, and the gentle rhythm of community life can nourish us, but also how the long gray winters, isolation, and everyday stressors can weigh heavily. I help my clients navigate these challenges, guiding them through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions with empathy, insight, and structure.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), which allows me to support clients in exploring emotions safely, understanding their relational patterns, and making meaningful, lasting changes.
Who I Work With
I provide telehealth therapy for adults across Washington State, including Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane, Yakima, Everett, Port Angeles, the Key Peninsula, and beyond. I work especially well with adults who are:
- Navigating anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
- Processing trauma, grief, or past relational wounds
- Facing major life transitions career shifts, relationship changes, or family challenges
- Curious about understanding themselves and their relationship dynamics more deeply
- Ready to commit to growth, healing, and sustainable change
What Therapy With Me Feels Like
Sessions are integrative, client-centered, and grounded in practical, evidence-based tools. I create a space where you can:
- Explore difficult emotions safely
- Understand the “why” behind your experiences
- Build strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and life stressors
- Work with childhood or family-of-origin challenges
- Engage in meaningful reflection on personal growth and relationships
I approach every client as someone deserving of compassion, empathy, and genuine care. You won’t find judgment here, only a guide to help you shine your light into your darkest places.
