telehealth therapy across washington state and the east side

Don’t let our name confuse you. While our historical roots are in family care, Lakewood Child and Family Counseling provides specialized, premium online therapy exclusively for adults across Washington State. Whether you are logging in from high-performance tech hubs like Bellevue, Redmond, and Mercer Island, or seeking experienced care in Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, and Spokane, our virtual platform connects you with elite clinical support directly from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.

With 18 years of experience serving Washington residents, we intimately understand the heavy toll of executive burnout, complex trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. We support busy adults at every stage of life, both parents and non-parents alike, who are ready to step away from surface-level coping and engage in the deep, somatic, and cognitive work that creates lasting change.

Our practice is structured to offer ultimate flexibility and absolute discretion. To ensure your care remains completely confidential and outside the permanent tracking databases of major health insurance corporations, we heavily prioritize and accept direct private-pay options. However, to maintain accessibility for our long-standing communities, we also accept Regence and select in-network insurance plans for clients in Spokane and throughout the state.

You are welcome here, exactly as you are. When you are ready to quiet the background noise and reclaim your sense of aliveness, use our secure portal to self-schedule your initial consultation. The path forward begins on day one.
