Calm in the Chaos is a live, small-group online anxiety class designed to help you understand mindfulness and use it in real-life moments of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Through guided instruction, real-time practice, and supportive group discussion, you’ll learn simple mindfulness tools that can help you feel more present, reduce emotional reactivity, and create space between your triggers and your response.
This is not a passive class. Each session is interactive and focused on helping you build practical, sustainable awareness habits you can use between sessions and in your daily life.
You’ll learn how to:

Meet Your Instructor
Tina | Mindfulness Educator & Yoga Teacher
Tina brings over 20 years of experience as a registered yoga teacher and certified mindfulness educator. She is a mentor in an internationally recognized Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) and holds graduate degrees in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. As a member of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, Tina brings warmth, lived experience, and depth to her teaching. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and focused on real-life change.
