✨As an employed Telehealth Therapist here: You will be providing direct online counseling services, and a lot of it! With minimal paperwork requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be: fully Licensed LMHC or LMFT or Associates with license in good standing with WA state. Must be able to utilize evidence based practice in treatments and document such. You must reside in WA state.
You have done your “Person of the Therapist” work and walk the talk!
DETAILS and COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
TYPICALLY A FAST BUILD to Full Time
Always remote Telework inside of Washington state.
Employees must be WA state residents as well.
Compensation Structure: Monthly payroll structure,
per billable Client Hour at a flat per hour rate.

Pay: $54,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year

However, to maintain accessibility for our long-standing communities, we also accept Regence and select in-network insurance plans for clients in Spokane and throughout the state.
