About Me

Finding the help you need can be scary. Let me help you be brave. I see my role as a TeleHealth Therapist at Lakewood Child and Family Counseling to provide non-judgmental, unconditional support to my clients. Knowing that most people do not have this in their life, and as someone who has their own therapist, I know how important this can be to someone. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various emotional, social, and mental health disorders including dual diagnoses. I am passionate about helping others establish balance in their lives, finding a greater sense of self-identity, reestablishing who you are, helping you heal your trauma wounds, and guiding you in improving your interpersonal relationships. I am dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults with their personal growth so their families can grow stronger together.
