About Me
Online Therapy for Anxiety, Stress & Overthinking in Washington with a Male Therapist
When you know what’s wrong, but still feel stuck changing it.
You might already have insight into what’s not working. You think things through, reflect, and try to push forward but still find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in the same patterns.
I provide online therapy for adults across Washington State who are dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many of my clients are balancing careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and high internal expectations and are looking for a way to feel more grounded, clear-headed, and in control.
I also work with women & men who are specifically looking for a male therapist, as well as neurodivergent adults and individuals navigating complex life circumstances, including relationship stress, family dynamics, and high-demand personal or professional roles.
What I Help With
- Anxiety, overthinking, and constant mental pressure
- Stress, burnout, and difficulty slowing down
- Depression and lack of motivation
- Life transitions and feeling stuck
- Relationship challenges and communication issues
- Neurodivergence (including overwhelm and executive functioning struggles)
- Military, veteran, and post-deployment transitions
A Space to Think Clearly and Actually Move Forward
My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and practical.
I create space for you to slow down, process openly, and make sense of what’s going on especially if you’re someone who tends to think a lot but still feels stuck. Clients often share that they feel genuinely heard and understood in our work together.
At the same time, therapy with me isn’t just about talking. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify patterns in your thinking and behavior, and develop tools you can actually use in everyday life.
Many of the people I work with already know what’s wrong they just need help turning that insight into consistent, meaningful change. Together, we focus on building momentum through manageable, intentional steps so progress feels realistic and sustainable.
Online Therapy Across Washington State
All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth, so you can attend therapy from anywhere in Washington, whether you’re in Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane, Ellensburg, or a smaller community.
Online therapy makes it easier to stay consistent, save time, and access support from the comfort of your own space.
Experience with Military, Veterans & High-Demand Lifestyles
As a veteran, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to my work with military members, veterans, and their families. I understand the unique challenges of military life, including transitions, deployments, and the ongoing pressure of high-responsibility roles.
I also have experience helping clients navigate complex systems such as courts, family services, and government agencies, offering clarity and support when life feels complicated.
What to Expect
Our first session is focused on understanding what’s bringing you in and getting a clear picture of where things feel stuck. From there, we build a plan that fits you, not just your symptoms.
I offer practical tools, strategies, and (when helpful) optional exercises between sessions to support real progress outside of therapy.
Change isn’t always immediate but it becomes noticeable. Clients often begin to feel less overwhelmed, think more clearly, and respond to situations in ways that feel more aligned with who they want to be.
