We are looking for exceptional mental health professionals and team players to join our thriving work family. This position allows you to focus your time on client care, providing therapy and counseling services! (All teleworking, online virtually from your professional looking home office).

We are specifically looking to W2 employ and hire Therapists who:
-Love working with people and emotion!
-Love Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT) & Family (EFFT) or are willing to learn it.
-Are willing to learn a more connected way to practice!
-Want to grow and feel supported by a team, as a therapist.

We are seeking individuals that work well on a team, enjoy the supportive environment of a team, AND can work independently as well. You must have excellent attendance and reliability, as your clients depend on you. You must have punctuality with your daily required documents and signed notes, as well as licensing requirements including continuing education.

As an employed Therapist here: You will be providing direct counseling services, and a lot of it! With minimal paperwork requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be: fully Licensed LMHC or LMFT or Associates with license in good standing with WA state. Must be able to utilize evidence based practice in treatments and document such. You have done your “Person of the Therapist” work and walk the talk!

DETAILS and COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
TYPICALLY A FAST BUILD to Full Time
Always remote Telework in Washington state.

Compensation Structure: Monthly payroll structure, per billable Client Hour at a flat per hour rate.
